The annual evaluation of the administrative-supervisory staff is the responsibility of the superintendent. The evaluation shall include, but not limited to, the following:
2. The accomplishment of both short-range and long-range objectives defined early in the year.
3. The subjective judgement of the administrator-supervisor's immediate supervisor.
4. An objective evaluation, in as much as possible, should be made.
The implementing procedures developed by the superintendent shall be in the spirit of improving the effectiveness of the individual being evaluated.
