Special meetings of the board shall be held when called by the president or at the request of three (3) board members, provided that all members are notified twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
In the event of an emergency, the superintendent shall have authority to act and then request the president or three (3) board members to call a meeting with twenty-four (24) hours notice in advance, if needed.
No business shall be transacted at the meeting of the board which does not come within the purpose set forth in the call for the meeting.
