A. Compensation
School board members shall receive $100.00, effective July 1, 1999, per meeting attended as provided by the law. They shall not receive pay for more than sixty (60) meetings in any one fiscal year.
B. Expenses
1. Board Meetings and Board Business
Travel reimbursement forms shall be completed by board members for private
transportation. Board members shall be paid mileage as prescribed by law and
county policy for the use of private vehicles in attending meetings of the
school board and when conducting other official business of the board.
2. Educational Meetings, Conventions, and Institutes
Members of the board shall be reimbursed for expenses and fees involved in
attending educational meetings, conventions, and institutes when the members
are attending as official representatives of the board.
